LIABILITY - 

All CODE1 GROUP LTD (BESPOKE TIMBER) products are custom made to customers specifications. Therefore, no warranty is expressed or implied to indicate their fitness for any use, or their suitability for the size, weight, or other characteristic(s) of any items the customer places therein. Container design suggestions, if any, are solely intended to assist the customer in making the customer's final decision(s) on the construction design which they ultimately choose. All final design decisions are made by the customer.

All dimensions shown or used are in the order (LENGTH X WIDTH X HEIGHT) either in MM OR CM.

CODE1 GROUP LTD is not responsible for any damage to crates or contents which occur during the shipping/transport or handling process.

It is the customers responsibility to insure the crate or contents of the crate/packaging before it leaves our premises.

If you would like to insure the crate for transport from us to the delivery address, then this is also the customers responsibility. We are not liable for damage or loss of goods once they have left our warehouse.

The customer can choose to collect or arrange collection for their item(s) themselves and once signed for upon collection it is then the responsibility of the courier or customer.  

CODE1 GROUP LTD will always do what is reasonably practical to ensure the correct protection for the good(s) carried on or inside our products, but can only advise and recommend solutions for your item and will not be held responsible if the item is not fit for purpose after the customer authorizes /confirms the specification when confirming the order with us.

If there is a missed delivery of our item/s and it is returned to our premises then the customer is liable for the costs of missed or re-delivered goods.
